Does your car get raised every time you breathe in Mobile Home Park?

When you live in a mobile home park income has grew and grew and grew.

My fleet has been raised many each year. I live in a home park. Most people who live here are those on fixed incomes and can not afford rent increases.

Not only the oldest parks which are caught by rent increases, the parks, but also the family. Many young couples raising families feel is emerging with the same force. Young couples are much more Monthly spending and more mouths to feed.

What to do when all their money and property are linked in a mobile home.

WHEN IS INCOME HIGH:

(1) selling your mobile home and move.

(2) Leave your mobile home and move.

(3) If you move and leave their mobile home, you remain responsible for space rental.

That is why many mobile homes are abandoned. Around me there are many park sale sign in the window.

Does Anybody Care?

It seems that nobody cares. We are alone.

The owners of the mobile home Park continue to squeeze the life from us with rising rents and there is nobody to stop.

In most parks owners can raise rents at any time by the amount you want.

For my part, I love my mobile home Mobile Home Park. I would like to live here for many years. But if the rent continues to increase, he might have to rethink my options.

Was there a kind of "baby boomers" in the last three years?

I have seldom seen a baby and because it could not wait to have one of mine. When he saw that I was going crazy. But after a while I started to see the babies within two or three in all parties. I moved into a house where a baby has completely changed my mind. My boyfriend wants that children. Me too. Part of me wants a child or two, but these children behave badly in these days when I want to take my uterus, on the road. I can absolutely not stand around me. Is it permanent?
