The Tower of Babel is the synonym of the Bible for a human being. In a "normal" every human being who works part and communicate together.

The brain, the backbone and connection to the soul, the Antahkarana, include the tower.

Along the spine are seven major chakras or parallel processors. As I said, these chakras rarely communicate. They rarely work together.
