When many people think of supercross motorcycle racing, a number of names that quickly come to mind. Two of those names are Ricky Carmichael and Jeremy McGrath. Unfortunately, this often leaves out other popular series and the good performance of the drivers of Supercross. One of the drivers includes Chad Reed. Although it can not be as well known as Ricky Carmichael or Jeremy McGrath, who has earned the right to be known as a popular supercross motorcycle rider.
What is unique in Chad Reed, in comparison with other professional supercross motorcycle racers, is that it is not U.S. born. Instead, Reed was born in Australia. In fact, this is where he began his career supercross motorcycle. Fortunately for Chad Reed, Supercross motorcycle racing is so popular in Australia and the United States. After successfully winning the Supercross Australia, Reed made the move to Europe Supercross Series.
Not long after his move to European Supercross Series, Chad Reed finally transfer to the United States, a move that had been dreaming from his spot in the popularity of supercross. Once in the United States, joined Chad Reed Yamaha Team. During this time, was crowned the champion of the East Coast Supercross. The Championship Supercross East Coast would not only highlight of the race Chad Reed in fact, continued and continues to rack up the wins.
Although Chad Reed is fired into a superstar with Supercross Racing, has not always been easy navigation. For example, in 2003, it was expected he would win the championship. This is because he won many races, compared with other top competitors. However, Reed could not contain their competitor, Ricky Carmichael. During the last round of the championship, ended up losing the championship to this other popular and well known supercross motorcycle rider.
Again, in 2006, Chad Reed suffered the disappointment in the hands of Ricky Carmichael. After suffering a painful shoulder injury, could not compete in the best of your ability. Despite this painful injury, yet was able to successfully compete in supercross racing. In fact, almost won the championship in 2006, but, again, the championship went to Ricky Carmichael. Although Chad Reed did not win the AMA Supercross Championship, as he had intended to do, he came in second place. It is reported that only lost by two points.

In the offseason, likes to participate in water sports, play blackjack, and play golf. It has been said not necessarily take account supercross motorcycle racing as a job. He likes to compete for the sport and is something you love doing every day of his life.
