Export marketing is not simply a process to find buyers / importers and approach them with the expectation of export orders, but a well planned strategic marketing process should follow and a good performance to success in the international market. Since last 10 years of my consulting practice of international marketing, I have discovered that significant export marketing efforts do not receive because of the lack of implementation of the strategic plan of marketing.

So what strategic action is the marketing plan ..?

Strategic marketing action plan is a set of functional areas of marketing export to be done well and followed step by step to success in export marketing. Perform the following key tasks step by step will give you a rapid success in export marketing with sustainable and profitable growth of export sales.

Step-1: Identify the market aim
