Does anyone else besides me think Mad-Eye Moody is still alive?

I think he is alive, because he never found his Bill and Lupine body. In addition, all of its protection charms of Grimmauld place was still working-they must have stopped working when she apparently died, as James and Lily fiddelious charm at home when he died, and charm to Harry when Dumbledore died in Book 6. Mad-Eye could have fallen down or stopped, while that falls from his broom.

He probably is. When i was reading the book that was expected to turn somehow alive. My theory is that while he apparater was falling and somehow left behind his eye and thats how Umbridge is.
