When a man loves a woman, you can buy flowers or you can take her to dinner. It does something to show their love and devotion. The feeling of love is the basis of our conversation my Uncle € ™ s garage last night. Hea € ™ sa man in his fifties and as happy as could be. His classic Chevy trucks follows this day, his love and devotion. He poured his time, money and sweat on their trucks.

Iâ € ™ m partial to women, and my Toyota Tacoma, but definitely understand their passion for their vehicles. Personally, I feel the same way towards music. There are so many feelings that can leave anyone's song, and have an amazing way to bring back to a point in time in your life, which connects the songs to actual experiences.

My uncle it feels like their vehicles. He released his mechanics gloves and said â € œItâ € ™ s the same, I hop in the seat of this thing and brings me back to the days driving through Malibu Canyon, â € he said with a smile.

So he started talking about some singers and groups I used to listen to your vinyl record player, and most were classic rhythm and blues acts. The Drifters, The albums, later with The Beach Boys, etc.

I feel like much has been lost with the music of today and thereâ € ™ sa reason many of us still use our favorite classics acts. Is it because itâ € ™ s nostalgia when you listen to them, as it was for my uncle, as he sat in the seat of his truck? Maybe.

The quality seems so diluted and recycled as far decadeâ € ™ s latest fashion. It really makes me appreciate the connections and experience things that are original. Nat King Cold and Anita Baker, those are two great voices of our history, have influenced countless aspiring singers and will continue in the future.

My uncle reminded me, while under his truck on a creeper set their brakes, œnewâ € â € means â € œrecycledâ € many times. Even the beer you drink has been used before. Itâ € ™ s our connection to our own history we can not € ™ t escape. Think of the many ways in which we travel today. The options used to be much less.
