BBC2 The Young Ones was a blast of fresh air. First shown in the autumn / winter 1982 between 9 November and 14 December, was written by Rick Mayall and his then-girlfriend Lise Mayer, with some guy named Ben Elton in Chipping also did not say, but perhaps should have - Attention, this program is not for Parents!

Then there was the music of the 80 artists seminal as Motörhead (If you like to play, baby I'm your man '), Madness (who did two programs), Dexy's Midnight Runners, Ken Bishop's Nice Twelve, The Damned more Rip, Rig & Panic (including Neneh Cherry) and Amazulu.

In my opinion the best episode the series the second episode first of the series The Young Ones first oil (surprisingly given the title, not the parody of Dallas). No, children were decamp to their new home. His tone was established by the surreal opening scene in which the statue outside the front door complains bitterly, "the bloodiest students, to be informed cards on the table must be bills.
