That the name "Progressive Rock"?

I know that the name "Progressive Rock". The term first appeared in the "OBI (belt printed) of the LP Pink Floyd Atom Heart Mother (OP-80102) in 1970 in Japan. The IBO said:" The way of Pink Floyd is the way progressive rock. "Keiichi Ishizaka, a publicity agent for Toshiba in those days, wrote this short sentence, but could not remember where he mentioned the word or thought the word. From when the word "Progressive rock" is used in the UK? Is there a reliable reference who first called "Progressive Rock?

Until around 1965 all the bands / artists pop, post-'65 rock bands were grouped under the label of GNI for a year or so, but by the beginning of 1967, the term "progressive music" began to be used for acts rock genre (this seemed organicly happen i know 'cos i was around and in the bands at the time), the use of "rock, then" progressive rock "was in '68-'69 helped by the need to label the likes of Hendrix, Free, Deep Purple, the stones, post "Mop Top" by the Beatles and, of course, Led Zeppelin, etc.
