In May 2009, Aperitif Caribbean launched its new range of flavors, with the help of the High Commissioner of Jamaica, Hon. Burchell Whiteman OJ. Two new flavors of authentic Jamaica patties build on the success of its current range. The new flavors of Jerk Chicken Curry Chicken and will join the three existing flavors of spicy meat, soft flesh Vegetable Patty, who is wrapped in a crust of bread which has no cholesterol, a healthy addition to anyone's diet.

As part of its vision under way to make a difference, Caribbean Snacks Ltd has been contributing to a number of grassroots projects and charitable programs. Recently, he donated a medical bus for the Jamaican government that provides medical and dental care throughout the island. The scholarships were established by the company at UWI Island students who have demonstrated they can move to the next level. A building has also been provided for women with HIV and other diseases that provides housing and medical care, this is managed by Fr. Richard Holung. Appetizers Caribbean are also proud to be sponsors of the Noel Holmes Memorial Hospital West Haven home for children and vulnerable children through Jamaica, which is headquartered in Hanover, and provides much needed medical equipment for hospital and home in Jamaica, the High Commissioner of Jamaica, His Excellency The Hon. Burchell Whiteman is also the patron of this charity.

The two new flavors include boneless chicken wrapped in a light mass golden pastry. Jerk seasoning is authentic native to Jamaica in which meats are marinated with a spicy hot mixture which includes more than 30 herbs and spices. The Patty Curry is seasoned with curry powder, especially in Jamaica. All spices are imported from Jamaica and contributes to the Jamaican economy by creating jobs and foreign exchange. By promoting these charitable projects and give the economy Appetizers Caribbean Jamaica is an example of how any British company can make a difference anywhere, while continues to enjoy some success in its chosen sector.
