What needs to be a good clinical psychologist?

I am interested in psychology. I like watching people and rationalize why do things. Besides, I'm a good listener and always willing to listen to the problem of people and try to help as best I could .... However, the problem is ... The bottom of me, I always know what I'm feeling and the ideas you want to express ... It's just that I am not just good at expressing my feelings in words ... perhaps his cause the fact that I grew up not having many people to talk and express my thoughts ... I am a student studying abroad, so do not have parents for 10 years and I did not have much real friends in school ... Anyways ... What I ask, with this failure of mine ... It would be advisable for me to get a degree in clinical Psych? What other essential skills required.
