If you're like me, you've probably tried many different treatments and never found the best treatment for dry skin.

I've been where they are, I have dry skin, so dry that I developed eczema, and it was not pretty.

Today I feel happy to say that I no longer have eczema, or have dry skin. My skin looks better than most people I know.

My dry skin treatment was simple, here are 3 guidelines I followed to get my skin looking and feeling silky smooth.

# 1 - Diet

When first developed dry skin and eczema, I was eating hamburgers, pizzas, chips, candy, soft drinks and junk food all the accused.

Whenever I ate one of those foods from my skin starts to become itchy and dry, this was the cause of my eczema.

So my first treatment for dry skin step was to remove all these foods, or at least stop eating so much of them as I do.

He added fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds to my diet, and the improvement was incredible. My skin began to look much better but was not completely healed. That is when I went to step # 2 to improve further.

# 2 - Chemicals

I started searching all hygiene products you were using. This includes soaps, shampoos, conditioners, detergents, used to wash my clothes and so on.

These products include chemicals that irritate the skin. So I gradually began to pull out and started buying completely natural products.

My skin began to improve even more, but it was not normal, something missing, and final treatment for skin pace dry is so obvious, but it took me a while to find out.

# 3 - Natural Products

It took me almost a year of research and a lot of money to find a good natural product skin care that helped my skin stay hydrated.

Today moisturize your skin every day. Recommend especially the use of a good natural lotion after your shower, because that is when my skin tends to dry out.

It to the test immediately, and you'll be surprised of how much better your skin will begin to search within a month.

Remember to research and try to find a good natural product skin care, because it is very important and I think that is one of the main things to do.

Take long to find one, but once you do, your skin looks better than ever. I am living proof of that.
