Pandora is an online radio service that does more than play music, but deals specifically with personal tastes.

Register is very simple. Simply enter your email address and password to begin. Keep in mind that Pandora is not spam email account. I've been using this service for a couple of years and have never received a single piece of spam.

After you set up your account, you type in a band or a song you like. Pandora is the group or song and found to be correct. They usually start with the song you chose, or a song by the band of your choice. Your Song Rating clicking the buttons "thumbs up" or "thumbs down". On the basis of their qualifications, Pandora will choose another song, usually a different, but like the band or artist. Then rate the song follows the same way and so on.

Pandora chooses the next song on the basis of classification of previous songs. Perhaps the greatest of Pandora is that they have heard of anything you type in I was very impressed with his knowledge of some of the "old" artists, who often have trouble finding content. For example, they have a good collection of songs by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell, more than I could find more download sites.

If you like the song, click in the "thumbs up" icon and the song will be played in its entirety. If not, click the "thumbs down" icon and will skip to another song. You can skip several songs per hour. The left side of the screen is reserved for "stations". Each time you add an artist or song, establishing a station. You can even choose categories you want to listen to a particular genre (eg rock).

I'm not sure if there is a limit in the number of stations that can create, but have not yet arrived. Pandora offers much more than music stations. There are also options to find concerts for a band in particular explore music festivals and to a station to a friend.

No access from a computer? If you have an iPhone or iTouch, you can download Pandora application for free. There are other options to explore in the mobile web. You have to be on Wi-Fi for using Pandora on the iTouch, but works very well in the wireless connection. Pandora is free, so there is some announcements.

However, unlike many free sites, advertising does not appear in the way of its activities or to prevent the copying of songs. Are clearly on the right side of the screen. Not if you want to click, but by the way if they do not. In general, this site is very impressive and I am surprised (and grateful) that was free for so long.

The website works quickly and almost always accurate when it comes to my musical taste. I found many bands through this site that otherwise probably never would.
