How much should you tip a Hooters Girl who gives great service?

Hooters are pretty beaten up and lost. You can get a really super nice Hooters Girl, a mean bitchy, or one that gives poor service and does not stop at your table. When we got to one that is GREAT we always tip well. The problem is my partner wants Tipping of 25%, which is always be $ 10. (Generally, spend $ 40 at dinner) on the other hand I believe that the deposit should be $ 20-40. What is the right tip for a Hooters girl, who goes further than the rest?

Since a former Hooters girl, I know I never expected to receive the standard tip. As a server, on average, I have a 50%, and the bartender reaches 100%.
