Bahamas Mama (Original Recipe)
1 / 4 oz 151 Proof Rum
1 / 4 ounces of liquor coffee
1 / Dark rum 2 oz
1 / 2 ounce coconut liqueur
4 oz pineapple juice
Juice of 1 / 2 lemon

How to do: Combine and mix all ingredients with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice cold or pour over cracked ice in a Collins glass. Dress with strawberry or cherry and serve.

Bahama Mama 2
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1 / 2 oz Heering cherry liqueur
1 / 2 oz grenadine syrup
Juice of 1 / 2 oz lemon
1 oz coconut rum
1 1 / 2 ounces rum

How to do: Mix all ingredients are combined with broken ice. Serve in a 12 oz glass and garnish with cherries and 1 / 2 slice of orange on a toothpick.

Bahama Mama 3
1 / 2 banana
1 splash grenadine syrup
Overproof rum 2 oz
4 oz coconut milk
4 oz pineapple juice

How to do: Place all ingredients in a blender with half cup of crushed ice. Mix well and pour in a tall glass and serve.
Bahamas Mama 4
6 oz pineapple juice
1 oz Rum Nassau Royale
1 oz Malibu coconut rum
1 oz dark rum
1 syrup / 2 ounce grenadine

How to do it: In a shaker, shake all ingredients with ice. Pour over ice in a hurricane glass and garnish with an orange slice.

Bahama Mama NC
3 oz pineapple juice
3 / 4 oz banana liqueur
3 / 4 oz white rum
1 oz Malibu coconut rum
1 oz orange juice
1 splash grenadine syrup

How to do it: In a shaker, pour all ingredients and shake well. Pour into a glass of pina colada with ice cubes or crushed. Serve.

Bahama Mama Sunrise
1 / 2 oz grenadine syrup
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz dark rum
1 oz rum spicy
4 oz orange juice

How to do: Combine and mix all ingredients and pour over ice in tall glass.

Easy Bahama Mama
Syrup 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
1 dash grenadine syrup
Almond liqueur 1 splash of Amaretto
1 Cherry
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz dark rum

How to do: Simply pour all over crushed ice in a margarita glass and garnish with a cherry.
